Please check your email inbox thoroughly, including spam and promotions folders. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@warehouseentertainment.com with the event name and your full name. Ensure you email us from the same address used for ticket purchase.
 

CAN'T LOCATE THE VENUE?

The venue details are available on our website under the "PARTIES" column. Each event has its dedicated page with the exact location.
 

HOW DOES VIP TABLE RESERVATION WORK?

For table reservations, use our Table Reservation form on the website. Further details will be provided via email based on the event.
 

CAN I GET A TICKET REFUND?

Our refund policy is event-specific and can be found on our website. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
 

HOW DO I PRESENT MY TICKET AT THE ENTRANCE?

Your ticket, a unique QR/barcode, is sent to your email. Display it on your phone or bring a printed PDF copy for entrance.
 

I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION.

Contact us via email at events@wprg.cz or through Instagram @warehouse_entertainment. We'll assist with changes if possible.
 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is strictly enforced. Entrance to EPIC club will not be allowed for visitors wearing:

Sandals/slippers
Flip-flops
Sweatpants
Swimwear
Dirty clothing


CAN I BE REFUSED ENTRANCE WITHOUT PROPER ID OR DRESS CODE?
Yes, our security reserves the right to refuse entrance if visitors do not have a physical ID or do not adhere to the appropriate dress code. Please ensure you comply with these requirements for a smooth entry into the event.
